Terms of Service

These terms cover using binaquick.com and the BinaQuick app, both run by New Bina Imitation, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who can order

You need to be 18 or over, and to sign in with your own WhatsApp number — that number is your identity here, so keep the one-time code to yourself. Orders are delivered only inside our Berhampore service area.

Prices, stock and the bill

• Prices are the shop's own, in Indian rupees, and include GST where it applies.
• The stock shown is the stock on the shelf. Now and then the last piece is sold at the counter while you are ordering — if that happens we tell you and refund that item.
• A plain mistake in a price or description does not bind us to it. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will tell you before charging, and you may cancel.
• The bill the shop issues is the record of the sale.

An order is an offer until we confirm it

Placing an order holds the goods for you; the sale happens when the shop confirms it and cuts the bill. We may decline an order — stock, address outside the area, or a number we cannot reach — and anything already paid comes straight back.

Paying

Cash or UPI at the door, or online through our payment provider. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details; those are typed on the payment company's own screen.

Cancelling, returns and refunds

See the Refund & cancellation policy — in short, cancel free until the rider picks the order up, and tell us within 24 hours if something arrived wrong.

Delivery

See the Shipping & delivery policy. Delivery times are honest estimates, not guarantees: weather, festivals and traffic exist.

Your account and what you write

• Keep your account details correct — a wrong address is the commonest reason an order fails.
• Reviews and questions you write are published only after the shop approves them, without your phone number. Write honestly; we remove anything abusive, false or another shop's advertisement.
• Do not use the store to break the law, to scrape it, or to place orders you do not intend to accept.
• You can delete your account at any time — see delete my account.

Offers, coupons and wallet

A coupon works on the terms shown with it, on one order, and is not exchangeable for cash. Shop wallet and store credit can be spent in this shop and are not withdrawable. We may stop an offer that is being misused.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, and for putting right what we get wrong. We are not responsible for a manufacturer's own defect beyond replacing or refunding the item, nor for losses that do not follow from the order itself.

Our marks

The BinaQuick name, logo and the pages themselves belong to New Bina Imitation. Product names and brand pictures belong to their owners and are shown to identify the goods we sell.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies. Indian law governs them, and the courts at Berhampore, Murshidabad have jurisdiction.
