Delete Your Account

This page explains how to have your BinaQuick account and the personal data attached to it deleted. It applies to the BinaQuick Android app (com.binaquick.customer) and the website binaquick.com.

How to delete it

Option 1 — from the app or the website (fastest)
Sign in, then go to Account → Settings → Delete my account. Confirm, and the request is recorded straight away. Nothing else is needed from you.

Option 2 — ask us
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 94762 20286 from the number your account uses, saying "Delete my BinaQuick account", or ask at the shop counter in Berhampore. We confirm the request comes from the account holder and then delete it — within 30 days at the outside, usually the same week.

What happens next

A deletion request holds for 7 days first, so a mistaken tap can be undone simply by signing in again during that week. After that, the deletion runs automatically and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile (WhatsApp) number and date of birth
Your profile photo
Every saved delivery address, including the map pins
Your wishlist, saved lists and referral code
Your notification tokens — no further notifications reach your devices
Your login: the account can no longer be signed into

What is kept, and why

Data	Retention
Bills, orders, payments, returns and the wallet ledger (amount, date, bill number, items)	Kept for up to 8 years because accounting and tax law require a shop to keep its sales records. They are kept without your name, number or address — the row remains as a sale, not as you.
Reviews and answers already published	May remain visible, but they never carried your phone number and are no longer linked to a person once the account is gone. Ask us and we will remove the text too.

Delete some things without deleting the account

Remove a saved address: Account → Delivery addresses.
Stop notifications: turn the permission off in the app, or in Android's app settings.
Correct your name, photo or date of birth at any time in Account → Profile details.
